Reservations:
Reservations can be made by phone, fax or email. Your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit.
Deposit:
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to one night or fifty percent of the charge for your total visit (whichever is greater). All balances are due in full at check-in. We accept cash, traveler's checks or credit cards.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your reservation, we must receive notification of cancellation 14 days prior to your arrival date. There is a $15.00 service fee on all cancellations. If we receive notification of your cancellation more than 14 days in advance, your deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded.
If cancellation is made less than 14 prior to arrival your deposit minus the amount equal to one night's stay will be refunded.
Smoking:
No Smoking is permitted in Lodge or Barn.
Cigarettes/Cigars should be extinguished in containers outside of the Lodge on lower level patio and by barn entrance.
Please do not throw on the ground. We appreciate your cooperation.
